But spending "cuts" in Congress mean only that we are not increasing spending at the same rate as in the previous year. Not to mention the war costs we have incurred. In my humble? opinion we are in over our heads and only some good old fashioned national humiliation will turn us back fom the greed (covetousness) that caused this mess.
